Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Data Scientist to support CBM+ initiatives, developing predictive maintenance and logistics forecasting models for USAF stakeholders. You will lead data collection, ETL pipelines and knowledge graph work within an Agile team.

The role requires strong NLP and data engineering skills, collaboration across multi-functional teams, and the ability to translate complex findings for leadership. Security clearance is a consideration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred in Data Science, Data Analytics, or CS.
• 2+ years NLP experience with data labeling and entity extraction.
• Proficiency with Databricks, PySpark, SQL and data governance.
• Strong statistical foundation for distributions and predictive modeling.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support CBM+ program initiatives from inception to deployment.
• Oversee end-to-end data collection and ETL pipelines.
• Perform Exploratory Data Analysis and data visualization to identify trends.
• Build and maintain knowledge graph capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models and APIs.
• Monitor data quality and model performance to detect drift.
