Roehl Transport, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design and deliver modern data solutions that empower decision-making across the enterprise.

You will build reliable data assets, modernize platforms, and enable business teams with timely information through SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, Python, Power BI, and AI-enabled workflows. Based in Wisconsin, this senior contributor role focuses on data engineering and cloud integrations, partnering with BI, Data Management, and Applications

Qualifications

• Expert-level SQL skills with T-SQL development.
• Strong design and optimization of stored procedures, queries, views and functions.
• Relational and dimensional modeling, ERDs, and metadata governance.
• Experience in data warehousing, data integration, and analytical data solutions.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL-based data solutions with a focus on performance.
• Create and maintain relational and dimensional data models (ERDs, normalization, dimensional modeling).
• Build and support data pipelines, integrations, and transformations across systems and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Analysts, Owners, and Developers to deliver high-value data solutions.
• Support Microsoft Fabric strategy and power Power BI and AI-enabled analytics.
