EAB is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the Navigate360 data integration team, delivering implementations across Navigate Student Success and CRM offerings. This role combines leadership, technical judgment, and partner-focused delivery to create durable data integrations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of database programming experience, including advanced SQL.
• 2+ years leading, managing, or serving as a team lead for data engineering teams.
• Experience delivering data integration, warehousing, or analytics solutions in partner-facing environments.
• 2+ years of Python programming experience for relational data management.
• Deep understanding of ETL pipelines, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical and partner challenges and unblock teams.
• Experience ensuring data integrity through standard rules, procedures, testing, and quality controls.
• Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of data engineers implementing Navigate modules for partner campuses; set expectations and delivery standards.
• Own the implementation approach for Navigate Student Success and scalable delivery for newer Navigate CRM offerings.
• Establish repeatable processes, playbooks, and quality controls for high-quality data integrations at scale.
• Unblock partner-facing and technical challenges throughout implementations and coordinate decisions.
• Partner with Product on data-integration issues and product enhancements to improve implementation quality.
• Collaborate with Launch and Partner Success to align plans and manage risk.
• Guide solution design for integrations, data mapping, validation, and data quality across Navigate implementations.
• Oversee delivery planning, capacity, and project health; manage priorities and ensure execution.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentoring and code/design reviews.
• Represent the Data Engineering team with stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations.
