Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring a Senior Data Engineer / Integration Specialist for HQ USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE.

You will lead data ingestion, transformation, and enterprise-scale pipelines to support C3/NC3 modernization and secure data exchange across legacy and cloud environments. The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility, 6–10 years in data engineering or software development, and strong Python/Java skills, plus experience with Kafka, NiFi, Spark, and

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI eligibility and NC2-ESI, NATO, SAR programs.
Full-time onsite at Offutt AFB, NE.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
6–10 years in data engineering, data integration, or software development, with 3+ years in related missions.
Strong experience designing and implementing complex ETL/ELT pipelines and integration workflows.
Proficient in Python, Java, or equivalent enterprise languages.
Hands-on with streaming and distributed data frameworks (e.g., Kafka, NiFi, Spark).
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases and with RESTful APIs/gRPC.
Cloud/hybrid environments, DevSecOps pipelines, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
