Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, BI, or related technical roles.
• Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
• Perform systems management and integration functions.
• Acts as a technical expert across multiple project assignments; may supervise others.
• Security+ certification and an active security clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and sustains data engineering solutions automating data collection, transformation, validation, and delivery across ANG CDAO sources.
• Develops SQL and Python-based ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow orchestration, monitoring tools, and recovery procedures for timely data availability.
• Manages repository health, data quality controls, performance optimization, interfaces, and operational troubleshooting for reporting and decision-support.
• Collaborates with analysts, developers, and government stakeholders to implement BI products, Power Platform solutions, and enterprise apps.
• Supports Data Pipeline Development, Data Warehouse Management, BI products, and enterprise maintenance via secure engineering services.
