FINARTIX Fintech Solutions S.A. is seeking a passionate Data Engineer to join our IT team and support clients across industries. You will develop, implement, and manage data solutions to enhance clients' data ecosystems.

The role requires 5+ years in software/data engineering, 3+ years of Airflow, and strong SQL/ETL/GCP experience; English and Greek language skills are essential. Join a dynamic, fast-growing tech company with diverse projects.

Qualifications

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (mandatory).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant software development experience.
3+ years of Apache Airflow experience.
Experience with CDC and data replication technologies.
Experience with MS SQL Server and ETL tools (SSIS, ODI).
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform data warehousing (BigQuery).
Strong testing and QA skills.
Good programming skills with problem-solving focus.
Effective communication and time management.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Languages: English and Greek (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Participate in full software development lifecycle implementing, testing and maintaining data solutions.
Select data collection methods and develop recommendations to influence client strategy.
Act as a technical consultant for the client.
Contribute as a key member of an Agile team.
Engage in data warehousing projects using SQL, ETL, and cloud tools.
Ensure data quality and testing throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate across functions to deliver client value.
