Leidos in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop and administer an enterprise-scale Next Generation Correlation/Entity Resolution platform that serves multiple applications. This role supports mission-critical systems and requires deep expertise in master data management and probabilistic matching to optimize match performance at scale.

You will participate in technical planning, design, development, integration, and testing, while collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Hands-on with probabilistic matching and entity resolution.
• Strong understanding of data quality, matching algorithms.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle in large-scale environments.
• Experience with ETL platforms and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale correlation and entity resolution platform.
• Analyze and connect records to create master data views.
• Oversee data model design, testing, deployment, and environment administration.
• Tune matches, analyze false positives/negatives, and maintain scorecards.
