Job summary

Gen is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and scale our data foundations powering analytics, customer engagement, and AI initiatives. You will craft scalable data pipelines, semantic layers, and governance across cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery.

The role requires deep SQL and programming skills (Python, Spark, Java) and collaboration with Product, Martech, Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver trusted data products and actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience designing and operating production-grade data platforms.
• Strong experience with dimensional data modeling and Kimball methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale data platforms for analytics and activation.
• Develop semantic layer architectures and governed data models.
