Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 5–7 years' experience in Data Engineer related roles and at least 3 years in a senior technical role.
• Highly proficient in building and optimizing Big Data pipelines, architecture, and data sets.
• Proficient with data loading, processing, and data warehouse design techniques (star/snowflake).
• Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services and data lake/warehouse best practices.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (AuroraDB, Redshift, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Kafka, Spark, ESB, and real-time data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy and optimize data pipeline architecture.
• ELT data from multiple sources into data lake using Snowflake and Informatica tools.
• Build scalable data infrastructure and automate data delivery processes.
• Govern data usage with security, audit, and compliance controls.
• Design analytics using data pipelines to provide revenue and efficiency insights.
• Ensure PII data is secured and properly masked and controlled.
