Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to drive data conversion and implementation for Defined Benefits client projects. You will partner with clients and internal teams to analyze data, resolve issues, and ensure accurate conversions across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The role requires strong SQL, ETL experience (Informatica a plus), and proven leadership in fast‑paced, matrixed environments. Onsite work model with phased regional rollout is in effect.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in data analysis, conversion, or implementation.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases.
• Experience with data migration projects and client deployments.
• Knowledge of Defined Benefit pension plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead client data conversion and implementation activities.
• Analyze source data and identify quality issues and solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data and implementation challenges.
• Support corporate actions and ongoing client projects.
• Apply Fidelity data-loading methodologies for successful outcomes.
