Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS/EE or related technical field.
• 4+ years of production-quality code experience.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong skills in Java, Scala, Node.js, or Rust.
• Cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP.
• Solid foundations in algorithms, data structures, and OO design.
• Knowledge of networking, OS, and databases.
• Exceptional communication for engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Spark, Akka, or NestJS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end large-scale software initiatives across cloud, embedded, front-end, data, and product teams.
• Set the technical bar with clean, well-documented code and strong reviews.
• Address scalability, integration, and architectural challenges at massive scale.
• Own services lifecycle in Kubernetes from design to operations and incidents.
• Mentor engineers and grow the team.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.
