Job summary

CREA, LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise data platforms supporting LIHTC and real estate finance operations. You will drive cloud transformation, build scalable pipelines, and enable advanced analytics in a modern Azure Fabric ecosystem.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, integrating structured and unstructured data, migrating on-prem workloads to Azure/Microsoft Fabric, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
7+ years of data engineering experience.
Experience building data platforms and supporting business decisions.
Industry experience in Real Estate, Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
Develop ETL/ELT processes and orchestration.
Migrate on-prem SQL Server workloads to Azure/Microsoft Fabric.
Create dashboards and reports for analytics and business operations.
Ensure data governance, security, and quality across platforms.
