Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a data analytics professional to join the Defense & Security AI & Data team in the DC metro area. You will build ETL pipelines with Python and Databricks and create dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for diverse users.

This role requires 8+ years in enterprise databases, strong SQL, data quality, cloud experience, and on-site or hybrid work. You will work with ISSOs and Agile teams, operate in CI/CD, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in enterprise database systems.
• Experience designing SQL databases and complex queries.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and data integration.
• Proficiency with Python and data engineering tools.
• Experience using BI tools Tableau/Power BI for large datasets.
• Willingness to work on-site or hybrid in the DC metro area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and data quality checks.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations for diverse users.
• Collaborate with ISSOs, system owners, and Agile teams to define data requirements.
