Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States seeks a Senior Data Engineer to mature the data platform and deliver analytics initiatives with IT, business stakeholders and vendors. You will build data pipelines and shape architecture while ensuring data security and governance across cloud services.

This role reports to the Head of Data Engineering and emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and mentorship in a high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Develops data pipelines and data integration programs using Python or Talend per requirements.
• Expert in data warehousing, data lakes, BI and data security concepts.
• Expert in relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and physical design.
• Experience with cloud data services and DevOps workflows in at least one cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support data applications across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to deliver analytics initiatives.
• Coach peers and drive high-quality software delivery in agile teams.
• Identify technical improvements and influence high level architecture decisions.
