D.A. Davidson Companies is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Agile team supporting our Client Access web and mobile apps. You will troubleshoot, expand and optimize data integrations and architecture while migrating legacy structures to cloud, service‑based architectures.

You will collaborate with software teams, database architects and business analysts to design scalable data pipelines, governance and telemetry for security and compliance across our platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Data Engineering in an oversight capacity.
• Extensive Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies in hybrid Architecture.
• Experience designing API‑oriented schemas and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain a robust data repository and integration architecture.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and provide support.
• Oversee third‑party engineers through reviews and process audits.
• Identify internal process improvements and scalable infrastructure.
• Explore new technologies and architectures for growth.
• Build service‑based architecture for web and mobile apps.
• Develop telemetry and access controls to ensure compliance.
