Seattle Children's is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data pipelines for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. You will connect data from internal and external sources, curate data, and leverage cloud services to deliver secure, reliable analytics infrastructure.

You will work in an Agile team to break down work into small increments, estimate effort, and deliver quickly while ensuring data quality, governance, and performance across systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination demonstrating analytical/technical competency.
• Minimum of five years technology industry or related experience.
• Extensive data pipeline development experience with Spark or Spark-SQL.
• Experience with Airflow scheduler/executor or similar.
• Experience with GCP and BigQuery or equivalents.
• Advanced SQL with query optimization on large-scale databases.
• SDLC experience: requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, support.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD tools.

• Design, implement, test, and deploy cloud-based data processing infrastructure.
