Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in Charleston, SC to design and optimize scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data systems. You will leverage Python, SQL and AWS services (S3, Redshift) to enable analytics and data-driven decisions across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in ETL development, data modeling, and cloud technologies, plus experience with Salesforce integrations and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years creating ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations.
• Strong Python, SQL, and cloud experience with AWS services.
• Experience with data warehousing, modeling, and governance.
