Hyperbolic Labs is building an Open-Access AI Cloud and seeks a Data Engineer to own the data warehouse and pipelines from 0 to 1. You will work between data analysts and engineering to ensure reliable, fast data access at scale.

You will design data models for new products, ensure data quality and governance, and optimize performance for large datasets. Join a scrappy, early-stage team building the next generation of AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience independently building and maintaining a data warehouse ingesting data from multiple sources.
• Experience designing data models for new business lines and products as they come online.
• Ensuring data reliability and quality through testing, documentation, and governance.
• Familiarity with data lakes and data warehouses, and when to use each.

Responsibilities

• Own the data warehouse, pipelines feeding it, and tooling to keep it healthy.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to ensure reliable, fast, cost-efficient data access.
• Scale data infrastructure as new products (like spot and inference) launch and data volume grows.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production data pipelines and queries.
