Job summary

All Your BI, a remote-first data agency based in Rotterdam, seeks a data engineer to build end-to-end Azure pipelines and deliver BI solutions across Europe. You will ingest data into the Data Lake and Azure SQL, architect Data Vault and dimensional models, and optimize T-SQL ETL processes.

You will also design datasets and semantic models in Power BI and own data quality with monitoring. English communication with clients and a remote team is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on data engineering and database development.
• Depth in relational databases; 3NF modelling and query tuning.
• Excellent T-SQL for transformation and loading.
• Hands-on Azure data engineering with ADF, Data Lake Gen2, Azure SQL.
• Power BI data modeling and reports; datasets and semantic models.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end pipelines in the Azure stack.
• Ingest source data into the Data Lake and Azure SQL, orchestrated with Azure Data Factory.
• Develop data warehouse layers from raw staging through Data Vault and dimensional model.
• Write and optimise stored procedures for ETL loads (full, incremental, delete).
• Deliver in Power BI; ensure data quality, monitoring, and issue resolution.
