Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data industry, is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to join their team in Redmond, WA. You will develop staffing and workforce planning models and build Azure-based data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in SQL and Python is required, with experience in Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, and SSAS cubes. This role offers potential contract extensions and a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL development and database design expertise to handle complex data structures.
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering tasks.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipeline development and maintenance.
• Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models, including familiarity with SSAS cubes and dimensional modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models to support organizational growth.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and related Azure services to ensure seamless data integration.
• Develop analytical solutions and automation using SQL and Python to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and support Azure SQL environments, including database administration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
