ABC Fitness Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Engineering to shape the strategic direction of our Azure-based data architecture. The role leads a growing team responsible for building high-performance data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and delivering data solutions aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in IT/Management and 6+ years in data engineering, with hands-on experience in Azure Synapse, SSIS, Data Factory, and SQL-driven data

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management or closely related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or related occupations.
• Experience building Azure-based data warehouses and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic vision for the data engineering function.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering leadership to design, develop, and maintain an Azure-based data warehouse.
• Oversee high-performance data pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver precise data solutions.
• Lead ETL optimization and partner with the warehousing team to drive data-driven decisions.
• Foster a data-driven culture and advocate analytics across the organization.
• Mentor a data engineering team and promote professional development.
• Oversee data governance and privacy policies for compliance.
• Stay current on data engineering trends and introduce innovations.
• Articulate data strategy to stakeholders and senior management.
