Job summary

Fidelity Investments in Durham, NC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop web applications and data solutions in a cloud environment using AWS. Designs and builds data pipelines to move data into data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics platforms, while implementing data quality, validation, and governance.

Tests and improves applications via CI/CD pipelines, utilizes Tableau and OBIEE for reporting, and collaborates with analysts, product teams, and executives to deliver scalable

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable data ingestion pipelines for data integration, transformation, and analytics.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, EMR, S3, EC2) and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with SQL/PLSQL and data modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Tableau dashboards and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses/lakes.
• Develops and enhances data integration and analytics solutions.
• Implements data validation, quality checks, and security controls.
• Automates pipelines, tunes performance, and collaborates with analysts and product teams.
• Supports testing and documentation across multiple projects.
