Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or data engineering experience, with enterprise integration or MDM.
• Proven experience using AI-assisted development platforms to boost productivity.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and agentic workflows in software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Java, REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with MuleSoft integrations, API orchestration, Airflow, ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with Kafka, CDC, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure; cloud-native development.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and distributed data processing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; related technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate AI-powered developer tools, automation, and productivity accelerators.
• Build end-to-end MDM integration systems including MuleSoft integrations and Airflow workflows.
• Implement entity resolution, golden record lifecycle, hierarchy processing, and data quality governance.
• Integrate third-party data providers like Dun & Bradstreet, Moody's, Leadspace for data enrichment.
• Design data models, schemas, APIs, and integration patterns for hierarchical, relational, and party data.
• Build production-grade solutions with monitoring, security by design, and observability.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted software engineering practices to boost productivity.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and release activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues with root cause analysis and scalable fixes.
• Collaborate with globally distributed teams across time zones.
• Architect and evolve end-to-end MDM platforms; lead engineering standards.
