Job summary

EY is seeking a data/platform leader to join our Products and Platforms Practice. We empower organizations to build intelligent, AI-driven platforms by collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and designers. You will guide product-led projects and deliver impactful solutions for clients.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams, engaging with clients daily, managing budgets, and ensuring quality. Travel may be required to meet client needs in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data/engineering field is required or preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in data science, data engineering, or software projects.
• Hands-on experience developing scalable data solutions using Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with data pipelines, streaming architectures, and big data ecosystems.
• Strong communication, client relationship, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and ensuring quality in all processes.
• Engaging with clients daily, participating in working sessions, and identifying opportunities for services.
• Implementing resource plans and budgets while managing engagement economics.
