Qualifications

• 5+ years in production data engineering.
• Experience with regulated pharma/biotech data.
• Strong Python and SQL with data modeling and warehouse systems (Snowflake).
• Experience with data contracts, quality testing, observability, and lineage.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate production data systems that ingest diverse data.
• Own data models, contracts, transformations, and warehouse interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering on data models and APIs.
• Partner with Data Science on training datasets and ML use cases.
• Build versioned, tested, observable data pipelines.
• Establish data governance, access controls, and incident response.
