Bloomberg seeks a Senior Data Management Professional - Data Engineering (Data AI) in New York to build and evolve data pipelines and infrastructure powering scalable AI and data workflows. You will enable reliable data collection, annotation, training, and evaluation processes with automation and observability.

Requirements include 3+ years in data engineering, experience with ETL at scale, data modeling, and ML/AI datasets. Strong problem solving and stakeholder management expected.

Competenze

• 3+ years in data engineering (Python, SQL)
• Experience building ETL/data pipelines at scale
• Experience with data modeling and data quality strategies
• Experience with ML/AI datasets or experimentation workflows

Mansioni

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for data collection, annotation, training, evaluation, analytics, and reporting workflows.
• Develop and operate systems for dataset management, storage, versioning, and lifecycle governance to ensure reliable AI workflows.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting for data quality, system health, and performance.
• Build dashboards, tooling, and self-service capabilities to improve transparency and decision-making across data operations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to evolve infrastructure supporting AI-enabled products.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation to improve reliability and efficiency
