Job summary

Bloomberg seeks a Senior Data Management Professional (DMP) - Data Engineering, based in Princeton, NJ, to lead the evolution of Equity Corporate Actions data products. You will architect scalable ETL pipelines, harness AI/LLMs for automated extraction, and implement robust data models with HITL validation.

You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality data for trading and analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on data engineering or technical data management in production.
• Advanced Python (Pandas, PySpark) and complex SQL/NoSQL skills.
• Experience applying AI/LLMs for structured/unstructured data extraction and processing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines for high-volume financial data.
• Develop ingestion frameworks for structured and unstructured sources with HITL workflows.
• Leverage AI/LLMs to extract, normalize, and enrich Corporate Actions data.
• Implement data quality, monitoring, and observability dashboards and SLA metrics.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and business stakeholders.
