- Improve data integrity, consistency, and governance across multiple business systems and departments.
- Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Support data architecture, modeling, documentation, and integration with BI platforms such as Domo.
- Help establish data engineering best practices and support future analytics and AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or related disciplines.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
- Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and warehouse environments.
- Exposure to data warehouse implementations, migrations, or modernization projects.
- Strong understanding of data quality, integration, and architecture best practices.
- Ability to independently own technical projects and communicate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dbt, Fivetran, or similar data transformation and ingestion tools.
- Familiarity with Domo or other BI/reporting platforms.
- Experience integrating data from ERP, operational, or field service management systems.
- Background in smaller data teams, high-growth businesses, or PE-backed organizations.
- Exposure to data governance, medallion architecture, or AI/ML infrastructure.
