Addison Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and operate data pipelines, integrate data from multiple systems into Snowflake, and optimize data models and transformations. You will own end-to-end data engineering tasks, collaborate with both technical and business teams, and contribute to cloud modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Structure data models that improve accessibility, consistency, and query performance.
• Track pipeline reliability, investigate data discrepancies, and resolve production issues.
• Improve processing efficiency and manage platform costs through tuning and optimization.
• Help transition existing on-premises warehouse processes to the cloud data environment.
• Support customer data integrations and datasets used for marketing campaigns and activation.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to define requirements, review code, and share technical guidance with other engineers.

Target Pay: $100,000 - $122,000 plus 10% bonus

Work Schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday; remote Friday.
