Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking a Sr L48 Data Enablement Analyst to advance trusted master data, data quality, and practical AI enablement across the Lower 48 business units. The role partners with business, L48DT, and Data & AI teams to translate needs into governed data and AI-ready solutions.

The position supports governance, data ownership, and secure AI deployment, with a focus on enabling analytics, automation, and AI capabilities across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data and analytics, including data governance, master data management, and data quality.
• Hands-on technical experience with BI solutions, automation, or AI-enabled delivery.
• Strong collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to drive governance and data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Improve master data quality and strengthen governance across L48 domains and systems.
• Profile, validate and troubleshoot data to identify quality issues and root causes.
• Consult on data decisions; communicate system dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Define data ownership, stewardship, access controls, standards, and roles.
• Define data quality standards and remediation approaches for trusted data.
• Translate business problems into data requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
