Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with 1 year of data analyst or data engineering experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and cloud-based data solutions.
• Ability to gather requirements and present to supervisor and non-technical stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Experience in converting business needs into technical requirements and data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop data, software, & tech solutions to business questions.
• Pressure-test requirements for accurate delivery.
• Present & lead status to business stakeholders.
• Prepare & present data distributions to non-tech audiences.
• Compile & deliver accurate solution estimates.
• Define scope by understanding business needs with technology capabilities.
• Elicit requirements from ambiguous business needs.
• Challenge where needed.
• Execute the software development lifecycle for new builds/changes.
