AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Delivery Expert to enable precision marketing through cloud-based data solutions and visualizations. The role is based in Mettawa, IL with a hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days/week, 2 days WFH/remote).

You will collaborate with brand teams, data scientists and marketers to design and operationalize data pipelines ensuring accurate, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 2 years data engineering experience in a commercial biopharma environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in a commercial biopharma environment, with 5 years in each of the listed data tasks.

Responsabilités

• Develop data solutions to enable precision marketing to healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with brand representatives, marketers, data scientists and omni-channel strategists to gather requirements and build cloud-based data sets and visualizations.
• Own data engineering and data science model operationalization within Digital Brand Teams.

Job Description

Senior Data Delivery Expert (US Commercial Business Technology Solutions), AbbVie Inc., Mettawa, IL. Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week/ 2 days WFH/remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data solutions aimed to enable precision marketing to HCP’s (healthcare practitioners/professionals).
• Work w/brand representatives, marketers, data scientists & omni-channel strategists to gather requirements & develop cloud-based solutions of integrated data sets & visualizations to help AbbVie more effectively engage w/ HCP targets.
• Work directly in Digital Brand Teams as a critical team member responsible for all data engineering & data science model operationalization.

Education & Experience

Must have a Master's in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, business analytics, quantitative life sciences, or related field & 2 years of work experience as a data engineer, systems engineer, or similar role in a commercial biopharma environment with each of the following:

1. extracting & combining multiple internal & external data sets;
2. onboarding, consolidating, cleansing, & structuring data for efficient use in reports, analytical applications, & machine learning models;
3. pressure-testing data requirements to ensure accurate & meaningful data delivery;
4. performing data analysis & reconciliation on datasets of varying sizes & complexities;
5. compiling, presenting & explaining data, in writing & orally, to business stakeholders, peers & senior management; &
6. utilizing data analysis programming languages.

Alternatively, would accept a Bachelor's in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, business analytics, quantitative life sciences, or related field & 5 years of work experience as a data engineer, systems engineer, or similar role in a commercial biopharma environment. Of the experience required, must have 5 years with each of the following:

1. extracting & combining multiple internal & external data sets;
2. onboarding, consolidating, cleansing, & structuring data for efficient use in reports, analytical applications, & machine learning models;
3. pressure-testing data requirements to ensure accurate & meaningful data delivery;

Additional Information

Salary Range:$139,818 - $162,000 per year.
