Job summary

Coupe Health is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to lead AWS cloud architecture for the Enterprise Data Platform, shaping data governance and architectural roadmaps. You will mentor delivery teams, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive best practices across initiatives in a hybrid work model.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, adherence to security and compliance standards, and ongoing education of teams on cloud and data architecture principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7+ years of IT professional experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Healthcare or insurance industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and adoption of AWS cloud architecture for the Enterprise Data Platform.
• Define and govern data and cloud architecture standards, including migration approaches and data pipelines.
• Mentor delivery teams by translating business requirements into technical solutions and conducting architectural reviews.
• Stay up to date with AWS best practices and industry trends.
• Present findings and proof of concepts to leadership and stakeholders.
