Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Superintendent in Data Centre Project & Construction Management to lead on-site execution of large data centre builds. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring safety and quality across all construction activities.

Ideal candidates will have proven data centre project experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with construction management tools.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent in construction management focused on data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure (electrical, mechanical, IT).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills managing diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of data centre construction projects to meet schedule, scope and budget.
• Coordinate on-site activities with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure safety, quality standards and project specifications are followed.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address issues or delays.
• Prepare daily progress reports and ensure proper documentation.
