Job summary

InflexionPoint, LLC is seeking a Technical Manager for its Data Centers vertical. You will serve as the senior technical authority, ensuring engineering excellence, quality commissioning, and development of technical talent across multiple mission‑critical projects.

You will oversee control/automation design, programming, and deployment, collaborating with business leadership to expand capabilities. This full‑time, exempt role requires travel to customer sites and strong leadership across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
10–15+ years of controls, automation, PLC, or SCADA leadership experience.
Strong experience commissioning, startup, and deployment of systems in production environments.
Excellent communication for customer/vendor interface and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Establish technical standards, governance, and engineering best practices.
Lead architecture reviews, risk management, and quality assurance.
Support complex projects from estimation through FAT/SAT, startup, and commissioning.
Mentor engineers and technical leads.
Act as trusted advisor to customers and project teams.
Partner with leadership to expand capabilities and market relevance.
