Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or electronics engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced qualifications.
• 7+ years of experience in hyperscale data center development and rack solutions.
• Experience with reliability, DOE, and statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data center hardware from first principles with a physics-based approach.
• Own complex rack-level designs across mechanical, electrical, power, thermal and software domains.
• Lead RAS integration into data center strategy for high uptime and continuity.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive robust hardware qualification.
• Drive FAI and PPAP processes and approve first article inspection reports.
• Provide guidance on PDPUs, cooling, airflow, and high-density compute integration.
