Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Data Center Site Selection Manager - Leasing to lead acquisition and lease negotiations for our global data center footprint. You will perform technical due diligence and validate site viability across energy and land factors, and develop leasing strategy for large-scale portfolios.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration with legal, compliance, finance, and accounting, knowledge of lease structures (Modified Gross, NNN, YoC), and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in data center capacity projects.
• Experience collaborating with legal, compliance, finance, and accounting.
• Familiarity with Modified Gross, NNN, YoC lease structures.
• Experience leading large scale data center lease negotiations.
• Ability synthesize commercial, regulatory, market, and contractual details for leadership.
• Proven track record building and running leasing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center acquisition and lease contracting negotiations.
• Perform technical due diligence and validate site viability across energy, land, etc.
• Manage supplier relationships and best practices.
• Perform market analysis and develop leasing site selection strategy.
• Stay informed of technical, market, and regulatory developments in data centers.
• Contribute to leasing standards at Meta.
• Travel domestically (10-25%).
