Job summary

Oracle is hiring a Senior Critical Facilities Manager – Data Center Facilities to lead the onsite site‑support team for a 24/7 mission‑critical data center campus. You will manage administrative coordination, records management, scheduling, and workflow tracking to ensure audit‑ready site operations.

You will coach IC3‑level staff, drive process discipline, and collaborate with Facilities Operations, logistics, and site leadership to scale the site‑support model as the campus grows.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in site administration, facilities coordination, or related operations support roles in operational environments.
• 2–4+ years of experience leading site‑support staff or coordinators.
• Experience supporting facilities, data centers, logistics, or other mission‑critical environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of scheduling support, documentation quality, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onsite site‑support team responsible for administrative coordination and operational support processes for the data center campus.
• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for IC3‑level staff.
• Set clear expectations for service quality, responsiveness, and documentation accuracy.
• Oversee day‑to‑day support processes including scheduling, communications, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure site records and documents remain accurate and audit-ready.
• Allocate work and maintain coverage for priorities and site events.
• Partner with Facilities Operations and leadership to align scheduling and readiness.
• Support planning meetings, outage coordination, and maintenance reviews with follow‑ups.
• Oversee vendor and visitor support processes to ensure adherence to site procedures.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across the site‑support model.
