NVIDIA is seeking a software engineer with systems software and security experience to join the Data Center Systems Software team. You will investigate and remediate product vulnerabilities, strengthen Secure Development Lifecycle practices, and coordinate updates across HGX, DGX, and MGX platforms.

Responsibilities include threat modeling, security design reviews, building automation for triage, and driving SDL adoption across distributed engineering teams.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant software or security engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience investigating and remediating vulnerabilities with CVSS/CWE knowledge.
• Experience with secure development practices and security testing tools.
• Familiarity with server firmware and systems software; automation with Python or similar language.
• Experience with AI and agents and proactive tool adoption.

Responsabilités

• Investigate and reproduce vulnerabilities and assess impact across products and versions.
• Assess third-party vulnerabilities and coordinate updates or mitigations.
• Drive remediation with engineering owners and vulnerability disclosure.
• Develop security fixes, validate mitigations, and create regression tests.
• Build automation for vulnerability triage and tracking.
• Improve SDL practices via threat modeling and design reviews.
• Promote SDL adoption across NVIDIA data center software teams.
