Job summary

ORCAS Project Controls seeks a Senior Project Planner/Scheduler III to plan, develop, and manage complex Primavera P6 schedules for data center capital projects. The role requires extensive construction experience and coordination with multiple stakeholders, with an onsite assignment and potential future hybrid work near Danville, Virginia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience in large capital projects.
• Minimum of 2 large recent data center projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Experience with field planning and time impact analysis (TIA).
• Schedule risk management experience.
• Onsite assignment with potential for future hybrid work.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects from design documents and lead scheduling meetings.
• Develop baseline schedules and critical path analyses.
• Integrate schedules from consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Perform schedule updates, variance analysis, and look-ahead schedules.
• Prepare schedule progress reports, trend charts, and analyses for management.
• Manage schedule documentation, baselines, and archiving.
