Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery seeks a Senior Scheduler and Planner to lead scheduling on a large-scale Data Center construction project in Indiantown, Florida. You will develop and maintain the IMS, establish the schedule program, and interface with stakeholders as a trusted advisor on scheduling matters.

The role requires a BS degree in construction management or engineering and 5–7+ years of relevant experience in a complex matrix environment. On-site presence is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• Experience working in a complex matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and update owners' IMS for large-scale projects.
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables.
• Interface with stakeholders as trusted advisors on scheduling.
• Prepare baseline schedules and basis documents for approvals.
• Apply EVM to measure project progress.
