Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support a large-scale Data Center Construction project in Hubbard, Texas. The Senior Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules across the construction lifecycle, coordinating with PMs, construction teams, contractors, and procurement to align milestones.

Strong experience with Primavera P6, Level 3/4 schedules, integrated master schedules, and DCMA 14 Point assessments is required.

Qualifications

• +7+ years of experience in project scheduling and controls.
• +Advanced Primavera P6 experience and Level 3/4 schedule development.
• +Experience building integrated master schedules for large-scale construction.
• +Strong understanding of Critical Path Method and schedule logic.
• +Ability to coordinate contractor and subcontractor schedules.
• +Experience with DCMA 14 Point schedule assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Build Level 3 and Level 4 schedules and integrated master schedules.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify variances.
• Coordinate with project management, construction teams, and contractors.
• Prepare schedule updates, forecasts, and narratives.
• Support schedule recovery planning and delay analysis.
• Conduct schedule reviews with stakeholders.
