Oracle is seeking a Senior Scheduler – Data Center Infrastructure to own and manage the integrated master schedule for large OCI data center programs, from initiation through GPU/rack handover. Qualifications

• Experience owning schedules for mission-critical or large capital programs.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling concepts: critical path, float, baselines, variance/trend analysis.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 (or equivalent) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the end-to-end integrated master schedule across multiple data center projects.
• Establish and govern standard scheduling methodology (WBS, calendars, baselines).
• Drive critical path visibility and schedule optimization; lead recovery planning.
• Produce schedule performance reporting (milestones, look-aheads, variance analysis).
• Coordinate schedule interfaces across functions and with vendor partners.
• Facilitate schedule governance forums and ensure clear actions.
