• Structure retentions, limits, and coverage to optimize cost.
• Manage expectations with lender covenants and financing requirements.
• Translate technical risk concepts into clear guidance for stakeholders.

Skills

Deep, hands-on expertise in data center construction and operations risk

Proven experience designing and administering OSIP/CCIP programs

Demonstrated success working with lenders, developers, and large GCs on complex projects

Executive gravitas and comfort operating in high-stakes environments
