Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing data center or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, QA/QC, budgeting, scheduling, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project delivery from planning through turnover.
• Develop and manage scope, schedules, budgets, cash flow, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate among clients, engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee MEP systems, quality, safety, testing, and commissioning.
• Support procurement efforts including RFPs and contract administration.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Review drawings, change orders, and technical documentation.
• Provide clear reporting and drive cross-functional collaboration.
