Job summary

Hut 8 is seeking a Project Manager, Customer Delivery, to own client-facing projects from lease through Ready for Service (RFS) for data center builds in Miami. You will coordinate design, engineering, construction, commissioning and handoff across internal teams and the customer, ensuring alignment with schedules and contractual terms.

The role requires 5–10 years in project or construction management, strong EPC and contractor process knowledge, and an ability to translate technical detail

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience in data center environments.
• Strong knowledge of EPC and general contractor processes.
• Clear communication with customers and executive leadership.
• Experience assessing cost, schedule, and contractual impacts of changes.
• Familiarity with leases, EPC agreements, construction contracts and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the customer's primary point of contact for all design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and delivery matters through RFS.
• Act as the day-to-day integrator across the customer, Hut 8 teams, and the general contractor.
• Maintain knowledge of design development, construction sequencing, RFIs, submittals, schedules, issues, and change orders with internal teams.
• Own customer-initiated change requests end to end: intake, scoping, pricing, approval, tracking, and closeout.
• Translate customer requirements into clear direction for internal and contractor teams and provide updates to leadership.
• Provide regular updates on design, procurement, construction, commissioning, schedule, decisions, and risks.
