The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of rack builds, fiber/cabling, and logistics, with travel 85%+ nationwide.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery.
• Oversee Project Engineers and Field Engineers supporting active projects.
• Coordinate across technical teams, vendors, operations, logistics, and leadership.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Drive accountability across teams and partners without direct reporting authority.
• Oversee projects involving rack builds, fiber/cabling, infrastructure deployments, data center services, and warehousing/logistics.
• Partner with technical teams to understand infrastructure requirements and ensure successful deployments.
• Utilize Smartsheet and other project management tools to track schedules, budgets, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Communicate project status, risks, budgets, and key decisions to technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Center Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This individual will oversee projects from planning through execution, managing budgets, schedules, technical workstreams, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience combined with hands-on knowledge of data center infrastructure. Experience supporting hyperscale, cloud, OEM, or other large-scale data center environments is highly preferred.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of project management experience, including significant experience supporting large-scale data center infrastructure projects


• Strong knowledge of rack builds, fiber/cabling, infrastructure deployments, data center services, and logistics/warehousing


• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery


• Experience within hyperscale, cloud, OEM, or other large-scale data center environments


• Experience coordinating technical teams, vendors, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders


• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously


• Ability to drive accountability and influence teams in a matrixed environment


• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams, external partners, and senior leadership


• Must be comfortable traveling 85%+ nationwide

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools


• PMP certification or willingness to obtain PMP certification


• Experience supporting major hyperscale or cloud data center environments
