Job summary

You will ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while applying Lean principles and industry best practices. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in construction with a management or leadership role.
• Experience overseeing large multi-million-dollar projects.
• Knowledge of PMBOK Guidelines and standards.
• Experience with data center construction preferred.
• OSHA-30 or PMP/RCDD/RTPM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manages assigned project management team members.
• Manage projects to meet schedule and budget.
• Provide progress updates, reports, and performance metrics.
• Oversee subcontractor/vendor performance for compliance and schedule.
• Develop resource plans and evaluate staffing needs.
• Foster relationships with teammates, customers, and vendors to secure opportunities.
