Job summary

IREN, a vertically integrated AI Cloud provider, is seeking a Project Manager in Kiowa, OK to oversee large and complex data center projects. You will manage contractors, coordinate project plans, define scope, and ensure on-time delivery in a hybrid work setting.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will lead cross-functional teams, apply standard project management practices, and maintain stakeholder communications to deliver results that align with IREN's sustainable data center initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of industry experience in project management desired.
• Qualifications in an engineering discipline or demonstrable data center infra knowledge.
• Proven project management and people leadership experience (5+ years) on mid-to-large projects of similar complexity.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional project teams with clear goals, cadence, and accountability.
• Drives outcomes by applying proven project methods, tools, and lessons learned to avoid rework and improve delivery.
• Builds trusted relationships across delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects moving.
