Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Data Center Senior Project Manager to lead design teams on site/civil development projects within our National Programs Market Sector. The role emphasizes client coordination and delivering detailed construction plans for data center initiatives.

The position requires a PE license, 8+ years of site/civil experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft 365 Apps. Dewberry offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field with progressive site/civil design experience.
8+ years of experience in site/civil development projects.
PE license required.
Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft 365 Apps is required.
Proven track record of meeting project and client deadlines.
Ability to multi-task and work on several projects at once.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and lead design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans.
Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control design.
Preparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets.
Conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting.
Mentor and train junior/mid-level staff.
